Neuco Standard Unmanaged Hosting Configuration

The administrative control panel for your site is at http://www.yourdomain.com/siteadmin (you will be redirected to a control panel on our secure server)

Your administrative username is 'admin'

If your site includes mail, you can add/delete pop users (POP mailboxes) from this control panel.

Your webmail access is at http://webmail.yourdomain.com/. Your browser will be redirected toa secure server connection to our webmail server.

Individual users can update thier passwords, and add vacation messages their User Control Panel http://www.yourdomain.com/useradmin (you will be redirected to a control panel on our secure server).

Email configuration for 'name-based' sites:

POP Server: mail.yourdomain.com

POP Username: yourusername@yourdomain.com
Note: some mail programs do not allow an '@' as part of the username, if your mail program falls into this category use a username of yourusername#yourdomain.com

SMTP Server: mail.yourdomain.com. If your ISP does not allow you to connect to other SMTP servers you will have to use the SMTP server provided by your ISP.

Email configuration for 'IP-Based' sites (including SSL enabled sites):

POP Server: mail.yourdomain.com

POP Username: yourusername

SMTP Server: mail.yourdomain.com. If your ISP does not allow you to connect to other SMTP servers you will have to use the SMTP server provided by your ISP.

FTP configuration for 'Name Based' sites:

ftp host: ftp.yourdomain.com

ftp username: admin@yourdomain.com

Your web site files are in /var/www/html

FTP configuration for 'IP Based' sites (including SSL enabled sites):

ftp host: ftp.yourdomain.com

ftp username: admin

Your web site files are in /var/www/html

A single password is shared between the ftp upload account and the site admin control panel.

Web reports are created by Webalizer. To view a report for your web site, please contact us to receive your unique user name and password.
